How email follow-up works.

Two kinds of email

Transactional messages confirm a request you made—such as an Operating Underwrite receipt or a fit-call acknowledgement. They are not a marketing list. You will still receive them when they are needed to complete that request, even if you decline optional notes.

Optional operating-system notes are commercial email about Productive Labs’ work, field notes, and invitations to continue a conversation. They are sent only after a separate, unchecked opt-in.

How you opt in

Email-note consent is collected on productivelabs.ai/contact through an unchecked box. Required processing consent for storing a request is separate. The optional call-to-action is:

Optional: email me occasional Productive Labs operating-system notes. This is separate from the confirmation of this request. I can unsubscribe at any time.

Productive Labs does not buy email lists, scrape addresses, or add contacts from unrelated forms. A work email submitted without the optional box is used to answer that request, not to start a newsletter.

CAN-SPAM and identification

Every commercial email from Productive Labs is designed to include:

• an accurate From name and address, typically hello@productivelabs.ai;
• a subject line that matches the content;
• identification as Productive Labs, not a third-party sender;
• a working unsubscribe method.

Transactional confirmations include links to privacy, email terms, and SMS terms so the record stays reviewable.

How to unsubscribe

To stop optional operating-system notes:

• use the unsubscribe link in a commercial email, when present; or
• email hello@productivelabs.ai with the subject “Unsubscribe” from the address you want removed.

Productive Labs will process that request promptly. Unsubscribing from optional notes does not delete an Underwrite already in founder review; use the privacy notice for deletion of intake records.

Providers, age, and liability

Email may be delivered through a transactional provider such as Resend. Providers receive only what they need to send the message. Productive Labs does not authorize them to append your address to unrelated marketing.

Optional notes are intended for business contacts 18 or older. The program is not directed to children under 13. The disclaimer and limitation of liability in the Terms of use apply to this program. We may change providers or end optional notes at any time.

You agree that we may send notices related to these terms or your request to the email address you submit, and that such notices satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
